WEEK 3: Growing Compassion
Here is this week’s somatic, bodybased compassion practice: the heart hold! There are two pages about the heart hold in our week 3 bundle as well; 1 with some adaptations (most of which I cover in this video), and a journaling page if you feel like reflecting on the experience. <3

Our Week 3 Wonders video is here! We wonder about: care and support when we are in fight mode, moving between nervous system states, and emotional and energetic tending (begins at 13:05). It’s about 22 minutes in total. There is also an accompanying PDF with some energetic tending practices you can access by clicking the button below.
WEEK 4: Building Boundaries
This week we have two meditations on boundaries to explore!
Boundary Meditation
This is an 8 minute guided meditation that will lead you through a process of exploring your inner no, and exploring your inner yes. This practice considers making a choice and how the choice might feel, and what comes up for us in our bodies. It might feel soothing and helpful to be reminded of our agency, and this meditation might help us to discover how our body says yes and no, and might even help us make a choice we're struggling with.
A note that for some folks (perhaps especially with a history of consent violations), this meditation process might be activating, unsettling or triggering.
Boundary + Needs Affirmation
This 5 minute meditation is full of affirmations that you are allowed to need what you need, and you are allowed to hold the boundaries that serve you. If affirmations annoy you, this will probably not be your jam. But! I wanted to have an option for folks that might find the boundary meditation is not their cup of tea.
