Hi, I’m Jess (she/they) and you definitely don’t have to trust me!

It would be super un-trauma-informed of me to demand that off the bat, but we’ll delve into that in our work together.

I’m a licensed massage therapist, Somatic Experiencing and Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) practitioner and trauma-informed educator and mentor for healers. I draw from lived experience as a survivor and extensive trauma-informed studies. I’m a forever student of the nervous system, neuroscience, healing justice and somatics.

I have held space for hundreds of clients and students across many identities in trauma sensitive containers. My background in youth and family services accompanies 1500+ hours of somatic, trauma informed education and experience in private practice, spa, clinic and virtual settings.
