Policies

Payment Policy:

All sessions, groups, and trainings booked online require payment with a credit or debit card via Stripe or Paypal.

All services require payment ahead of the service, whether that be full payment, a deposit, or the creation of a payment plan. Once payment plans are created, they cannot be cancelled.

If you have extenuating circumstances and financial needs, please reach out.

Cancellation Policy:

24-hour notice is required for canceling or re-scheduling an appointment. You may cancel or reschedule through your confirmation email from Acuity.

If you miss or cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice, you will be charged in full for the appointment. A missed appointment without 24 hours notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

That said, life happens and so do emergencies. Please be in touch in the case of an emergency; it’s possible the fee will be waived.

Late Policy:

If you know you’re going to be late to a session, please email me as soon as possible to let me know. That said, I will likely be unable to extend your session beyond your previously scheduled appointment time.

If you’re more than 10 minutes late to a session, I’ll consider it a no-show and leave the zoom room. You will need to re-book for another time and pay in full for that session.

In cases of true emergencies, in some cases I can waive this. Please reach out.
