IT’S A BUSY SEASON, SO LET’S KEEP THIS SIMPLE. WHEN YOU JOIN, YOU’LL RECEIVE:

  1. Journal prompts and bite-sized practices to help you build a relationship with your nervous system

  2. A somatic overview of nervous system states

  3. Trauma informed care (I know connecting with our nervous system can bring up a lot, so care for YOU is included, too.)

  4. The tracking tool you can use to check in with your felt experience, move between states (hello regulation and goodbye panicky activation, if only for a moment), and support your human experience

  5. A follow-up zoom circle to ask questions, share your experience, and practice nervous system regulation
